Semantic Analysis & Keyword Clustering

Know how many pages your niche actually needs

Send an export, or just a seed query and I collect the semantics myself. Your niche comes back as topics with the numbers behind them: how many pages it needs, which to build first, and which would compete with each other.

Sound familiar?

The tool grouped your keywords, and the groups came out too wide

  1. day one

You run the clustering, open the biggest group, and find three different questions sitting inside it that clearly belong on three different pages.

  2. weeks later

You built one page for the whole group. It ranks for none of the three, because none of them was really the same search.

Grouping keywords is the easy half - knowing where one page ends and the next begins is the work.

The difference

Groups are the easy part

Any tool will hand you groups. What you need next is the order to build them in - which topic earns its own page, which ones to write first, and which two would end up competing. That judgement is the work, and it is what comes back.

A pile of groups

Tidy buckets, and no answer to the only question that matters on Monday: what do we write first?

Topics in the order to build

Topics in the order to build them, the easiest wins first, and the collisions marked before anyone writes them.

You get an order of work, not a pile of groups.

The deliverable

What you get

Every keyword placed

Your full list comes back with each keyword sitting in the topic it belongs to, with the numbers behind it.

The topics in order

How many pages the niche needs, and which of them to build first - the number to plan around and the order to work through.

The easiest wins first

The topics facing least competition, pulled out so the first month is obvious.

Collisions marked

Topics close enough to compete with each other, flagged before the pages exist.

A written read

What the niche looks like and where to start - in plain language.

A topic is a group of queries that earns one page - named, counted and placed in order. What goes on that page is the Master Content Plan.

How it works

From a seed query to a working order

  1. 1

Send an export or a seed query

A keyword export from whatever you use, a plain list, or just the topic and your market - collecting the semantics is part of the work.

  2. 2

    I take the niche apart

Off-target topics come out, the rest is grouped, and the groups are put in the order to build them.

  3. 3

    You get the file

The topics, the order and the written read, within a week.

Pricing

One price for the finished analysis

A clustering subscription runs $99–240 a month, every month, and judging the grouping is still your job afterwards. This is one payment for the finished analysis.

one market and language, up to 10,000 keywords

  • Every keyword placed in a topic
  • How much of your list is covered

Each extra language or market is quoted separately - a second language is a second analysis, not a bigger file. Longer lists get a quick quote with the invoice.

Questions

Good to know

What if I do not have a keyword list?

Then send the topic and the market. Collecting the semantics is part of the work, not a prerequisite for it - a seed query is enough to start.

How do I judge the work before I order?

By whether it answers the question you bought it for: how many pages the niche needs and which to build first. It arrives as a file you can plan from, not a summary you still have to interpret.

How fast are paid orders?

Within a week. Large lists and extra languages are confirmed with the invoice before anything starts.

What exactly lands in my inbox?

A workbook you can work from, plus the written read. Your full keyword list with every keyword placed, the topics in the order to build them, and the read on where to start and why. XLSX by default, CSV on request.

What if the file is not right?

Cancel before work starts and the prepayment comes back in full. Once work has started, the scope printed on the card is the standard: one revision round is included, and if it still doesn't match that scope, the order is refunded in full. The full wording is on the guarantees page.
