How you're covered

Every order is covered the same way, and every point below can be checked against the terms.

Payment runs on PayPal

You pay on paypal.com - card details never touch this site. Transaction security, encryption and fraud screening are handled by PayPal end to end.

Revisions and refunds

Cancel before work starts and the prepayment comes back in full. Once work has started, the scope printed on the card is the standard: one revision round is included, and if the deliverable still doesn't match that scope, the order is refunded in full. Work that matches its scope is not refunded, and outcomes such as rankings or traffic are not part of the scope.

The price and the date are fixed before work starts

The price you see is the price you pay, and the delivery date arrives in writing before any work starts. One fixed fee, one deadline.

Your data stays yours

Briefs and files travel encrypted (TLS) and are used for one thing: building your deliverable. Never resold, never shared, deleted on request.

If something is off

  1. Reply to your delivery email within 30 days and name what doesn't match the scope.
  2. The revision round is included. If it still doesn't match, the refund follows promptly.
  3. Cancelled before work started? The prepayment comes back in full.

Every deliverable is built to order - work starts as soon as payment lands. The binding version of everything on this page is the Terms of Service.
